ClubRelay is supplied as immediately accessible digital content.

Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after digital delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If your order is duplicated, the files are missing or corrupted, you cannot access the download, or the content is materially different from its description on the product page, please contact us promptly at support.clubrelay@gmail.com

Where appropriate, we will first provide replacement files or correct the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
